I am Meron Getachew, a Master's graduate in Public Health with over 16 years of expertise in data analysis and visualization, monitoring and evaluation, public health research , and primary health care services. I have a proven track record of collaborating with various multilateral research institutes, international non-governmental organizations, and government healthcare settings. For the past eight years, I have served as a Road injury Surveillance Coordinator within the Vital Strategies Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety. Previously, I successfully managed the clinical trial for the Immune Reconstitution TB/HIV project at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, in collaboration with Addis Ababa University. My skills include data analysis and surveillance utilizing various software, as well as proficiency in data visualization, GIS, and report development.
