I am a highly motivated, diligent, and competent Senior Expert of public health professional specialist with intensive and programmatic knowledge and skills in HIV, TB-HIV, and MDR TB management. I have good leading and coordinate knowledge and skill of projects and handing emergency problems in programs. I can bring positivity, encouragement, and a creative mentality to any team, as seen by my track record of success. Currently I am working as Program Coordinators, Outpatient and inpatient Drugs adherence supporters, Database Mangers, and social workers on TB, TB/HIV and DR-TB at global health committee Gondar, Ethiopia, I pride on myself on taking part in coordinating projects, Monitoring and evaluation, Preparing Computerized database registration sheet and digitalized Reporting materiel in the management of TB, TB/HIV and DR-TB programmers. With 14 years’ experience working in have been involved in Preparing report, data collection, entry, and analysis as well as good experience in clinical, program and research activities. I have experience on preparing project proposals for rise fund, producing quality report and planning, conducting monitoring and evaluation at different level. Besides, I have experience in organizing and providing capacity building training, external level program evaluation, supportive supervision, grant management and program coordination. I have excellent in different computer software using fro Microsoft world (MS-word, MS access, MS excel, MS power point, and MS publisher) to advanced statistical software applications (Epidata, Epi info, SAS, STATA, SPSS and R).
