CAREER OBJECTIVE(s):

My priority lies in pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management for the purpose of solving multifaceted business problems in my country. It is my personal interest to develop an innovative approach for solving problems based on concepts of business in relation to the agricultural system of Ethiopia.

I am an enthusiastic student with a keen interest in business and entrepreneurship who lives in Ethiopia. I am motivated because of the real-life challenges people face. I have always been motivated by the ability to drive and sustain communities through effective management as well as transforming society through business strategies. I can state that my interest in business developed while exploring marketing, project management, economics, and leadership.

I have always performed extremely well in mathematics and economics which provides me with an excellent background for studying business at the university level. My specific interests are working on issues related to agri-business development, sustainable entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership.

In addition to their academics, business students need to develop a range of personal and interpersonal skills by engaging in some extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work which I have done actively. These activities taught me how to think critically, work in teams, demonstrate leadership, and communicate, which are highly beneficial and equally important in the world of business.

I am eager to further my understanding and contribute towards the creation of new business models by studying Business Administration in a foreign university. Winning this award will allow me to gain the necessary skills and experience to help make a difference in the world of business, both in Ethiopia and globally. I am committed to working diligently, gaining new concepts, and making a contribution to academia.
