Facilitate capacity building training focusing on basic life skills, child safeguarding, gender based violence and leadership skills.

Facilitates mentorship program for young women from different sectors Establish and support girls and young women groups across different levels.

Develop gender tools and strategies to implement, monitor and evaluate new and on-going programs and projects.

Responsible for ensuring that program activities include women, youth, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and other marginalized populations to address the root causes of exclusion and inequity.

Prepare long and short term (annual, quarter, monthly) planning activities (program plan & budget preparation) of the organization.

Liaise and collaborate with partner organizations (donors, CSOs, government agencies and offices at different levels).

Prepare quarter and annual program related and financial reports to be submitted to government bodies and donors.

Prepare proposal, inception report, data collection tools and draft report. Design and facilitation of validation workshops to the stakeholders, involved staff and interviewers.

Conduct interviews with key informants, focus group discussions.

Facilitate and participation in virtual discussions, data analysis and report preparation.

Research on intensive, competitive, and environmentally friendly agriculture for better adaptation climate change.

Research on large quality of staples food of higher nutritional quality enabling low income rural and urban population to get better food.

Facilitate and follow long and short-term training program for women, youth, persons with disabilities in income generation activity, business management and leadership skills.

Prepare and monitoring plan of activities and budget

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarter, and annual reports.

Promote appropriate different rural and semi urban technology and ensure to implement the technologies.

Ensure the engagement of women and youth in agribusiness and income generation activities.

Assist and supervise the performance of social workers and staff members of the department.
