  • Performing tasks that involve overhaul, disassembly/assembly, repair and modification, test, servicing, refuelling, fluid replenishment, and maintenance of any parts of the aircraft according to detailed maintenance and repair manuals/procedures.
  • Read and interpret manufacturers' and airlines' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

  • Attach Structural parts and assemble by riveting technics and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and clamps, then for finish do hand trim, polish, countersink (if needed), check, and keep aerodynamic smoothness for good surface finish
  • Perform brutal structural pick-up and rework such as removing & replacing or realigning ribs, bulkheads, frames, and stringers by using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools
  • Examine the finished product for defects and confirm the true accomplishment of structural tasks
  • Properly process removed, uninstalled, and rejected parts as per the regulatory bodies and company procedures
  • Communicate/ report any aircraft/ component/ structural defects to the supervisor in a timely manner
  • Properly hands over non-completed tasks to the next shift with all information and requirements.
  • Keeping clean, maintaining excellent workplace housekeeping, and being free of FOD anywhere around.
  • Participate in safety culture with an excellent effort to minimise accidents and any deficiencies or failures from occurring by complying with CDCCL, EWIS, ESDS, and other company manuals and procedures.
