Currently serving as the Head of Product Owner at SEPA Cyber Technologies, where I am responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge fintech products. • Successfully leading the development and implementation of eKYC and eKYB products for three(3) businesses involved in digital banking in Europe.
• Integrating core banking with EMI and banks in Europe, as well as payment networks like SWIFT and SEPA.
• Successfully leading the development of card-wallet based payment gateway and IPG integrations.
• Successfully Developed a multi-tenant digital banking platform supporting API integration and white-label solutions for neobank businesses.

As a Product Owner, I spearhead the development of cutting-edge fintech products, blending technical expertise with user-centric design. I oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing backlog, wireframe creation, requirement analysis, technical user story development, and participating in Scrum ceremonies and UAT. Key Achievements:

• Led delivery of Business/Vendor/Fee management module in Digital Banking platform.
• Integrated IPG for card payment processing.
• Designed UI/UX for white-label neo banking platform(Web and Mobile)
• Integrated three AML vendor APIs (eKYC, eKYB, PEP, Sanction).

As a Senior Product Manager, I've led product strategy alignment with business goals, cross-functional team management, and successful product launches. • Launched the first cloud POS solution in Ethiopia, driving local market innovation.

As a Product Owner at Excellerent (Outsourcing Company) I've managed key projects across the United States and Ethiopia. • Designed UI/UX for a loan origination system for a US bank.
• Led development and deployment of marketing platform for a US bank.

As Senior Product Manager at MOSS ICT, I led the development and customization of Mobile Money Platform (SAAS) for Ethiopian Microfinance Isntitutes. Responsibilities included requirement gathering, analysis, backlog oversight, partnership management, stakeholder management, product development leadership, marketing collaboration, and roadmap strategy.

• Launched Ethiopia's first mobile money platform (m-Birr) with four (4) microfinances.
• Introduced web portal, mobile app, and USSD banking services.
• Orchestrated successful ATL and BTL campaigns, resulting in 520,000 customer acquisitions and 36% revenue increase annually.
• Integrated mobile payment into e-commerce platforms.
• Integrated mobile money platform with core banking system.
