- Make sure that all staff have well equipped and internalized the donor rules, regulations, procedures, and policies and work in adherence to the rules, regulations and procedures set in it; Based on the annual activity and budget plan, make regular field visits to check the proper implementation of all sectors and furnish monitoring reports to the Senior Manager for timely decision-making;
