· Set-up the MEL system, including all tools and data collection processes for program activities (Excel, Tola data, Access, kobo toolbox & etc.)

· Work closely with the program teams and local partners, to ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of program activities and results

· Coordinate reporting with local partners, specifically tracking deadlines, ensuring adherence to monitoring formats and requirements, ensuring reporting quality and accuracy, and periodic report writing, editing, and submission

· Compile progress against indicators and report back to the team according to the monitoring plan.

· Develop and follow up the implementation of Data Quality Assessment Plan.

· Perform spot checks on the team’s data collected and reports each month.

· Compile presentations and updates on progress, successes and challenges as required by the managers, donor and government agencies;

· Ensure appropriate regular monitoring and timely submission of all necessary reports in line with donor, agency and government reporting schedules and deadlines;

· Provide timely updates to program coordinator on progress of program areas;

· Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learnt;

· Develop and maintain effective information database for the project in Program operational areas

· Supporting the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s projects and work plans.

· Develop, implement, and assess monitoring frameworks for all the organization’s partnerships and projects, as well as for funding proposals

· Develop the overall framework for project M&E systems in collaboration with donor and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, and evaluation surveys; develop and monitor project management plan to systematically document performance

· Facilitate design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during annual work-planning process

· Ensure the alignment of M&E activities with program goals

· Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities

· Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions

· Analyze data for accuracy, flag validation or quality issues, and contribute to system fixes

· Aggregate and analyze data from across organization’s information platform to contribute to management decision-making and reporting

· Conduct field visits for data validation and to monitor the quality and completeness of data sets; coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data; capture and document lessons learned; and champion the scaling up best practices

· Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates in the education office

· Supervises requirements planning for department, schools

· Assist in the revision of the school inspections, particularly in the areas of performance teachers and students their measurement;

· With collaborating partners, review their existing approaches and management information systems and agree on any required changes, support and resources.

· Prepare school sectors checklist and other guiding documentation for the improvement of educational qualities

· Prepare monthly and quarterly report for all the different sectors

· Monitor & evaluate the school sectors performance

· Manages students during meal service (behavior problems will be referred to the teacher or principal according to guidelines established by the individual school site).

· Communicates with students and school staff in a positive and professional

manner utilizing appropriate customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Circulate throughout the data or in areas where inconsistence is served and/or who need assistance.

· Assists with the cleanliness of the school data system.

· Dismisses classes in an orderly manner at the scheduled time.

· Encourage good table manners.

· Participates in training sessions, meetings, and scheduled cleaning days as requested.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Responsible for measuring, monitoring and evaluating projects undertaken by the organization.

· Contribute to developing and reporting of project reviews, assessments, surveys, and other analytic or evaluation processes and products

· Ensure consistency in objectives and using success indicators to deliver timely and relevant reports.

· Support recruiting, interviewing, and training new M&E staff and/or consultants

· Making operational arrangements to collect, analyze and report on project

· Provide technical leadership and support to project, collaborate staff in planning, and implementing M&E systems and activities, databased program decision-making, and results reporting; provide training as needed data.

· Liaising with staff to meet monitoring and evaluation requirements.

· Edit content and presentation of all reporting and deliverables before submitted to ensure superior quality and professionalism
