●Lead formative research on gendered social norms, intimate partner violence, and adolescent SRH for NGO and government clients, converting findings into evidence-based training curricula and program design.
●Advise NGO and government clients on RMNCAH, SRH/GBV, and health systems strengthening strategy, aligning technical recommendations with USAID, GAC, and Ethiopian MOH priorities.
●Design and facilitate capacity-building programs and health worker trainings, and lead evaluations for donor-funded initiatives.
●Author technical reports, funding proposals, and strategic frameworks used by clients to secure and steer donor investment.
