Now I am working as a Senior Project Manager in Bamacon Eng'g P.L.C on four (4) high rise building tower in one complex Construction project (1 Tower G+52-5B, 3 Tower G+42-5B &2 Block G+6 Car parking Building) which is built around Mexico area behind Debre work tower with total project cost of 8 billion ETB & for structural Shell & Core work contract of 2 billion ETB which includes High rise luxurious office buildings, shops and residential luxury apartments. The project plot area is around 14,500 m2 with 8500 m2 of built-up area.

I am a qualified Professional with MBA Degree in project management from lead star college of management & leadership in collaboration with Ashland University –USA in cross boarder educational modality, Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Eng'g from Arbaminch University, B.A Degree in Business Management from Bahir Dar University with the courtesy of Open University-UK.

As it can be seen from my career track record I have a good leadership, managerial, technical, analytical skill& knowledge on managing projects, I acquired multi-disciplinary knowledge from the education that I have attended in the engineering, business management & project management academics, in addition to that I have got a solid practical work experience on managing variety of large-scale projects in the past sixteen years of my career mainly in managerial & supervisory position.
