  • Monitored periodically Nine (09) emergency projects
  • The projects have lasted up to18 months and were supported by FHI/FAO/OFDA, CARE, CRS/UNOCHA, GAA, Carter Centre, CBM, etc
  • Undertook assessments like seed Post Distribution Assessment (PDA) on some of these emergency projects and submitted to donors for action
  • Prepared and submitted various reports of the emergency projects to respective donors
  • Prepared comprehensive organizational report for ORDA and its Board consumption; quarterly, semi-annual, nine month and annually
  • Prepared and submitted organizational plan and annual reports for Civil Society Agency (CSA) consumption
  • Performed different studies like Cost- Benefit Analysis of implemented project for requesting the donor to support for extended time
  • Guna Mountains IFAD supported Watershed management project was studied for such case and I was the one that led the operation
