• Control and follow the physical and virtual stock system Management.

• Collect and analyze data to ensure management is making the right decisions.

• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

• Monitors and evaluates overall the system and process performance through KPI's

• Prepares and submits periodic report.

• Supervising and organizing, warehouse, organizing warehouse, label goods, and Manage inventory.

• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and processes.

• Training employees and support team members

• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

• Ensure the system is working and data(purchase, stock Transaction, intercompany transaction, Assets and cost centers) is managed in real-time.

• Evaluate demands, budgets, and expenditures for annual Maintenance for Machineries. control Maintenance cost KPI's are inline to the Company goal.

• Managing smooth functioning of VAST system,
• System support
• control networks functionality, and PBX system
• follow and control telecom costs and Budget
• ensure there is reliable telecom services .
  (Vsat, Broadband, fax and phone lines)

• Install LAN system on the HQ and on Branch Office
• Develop Some basic database programs to specific departments of the HQ
• Staff Training

• waster billing system support
