I am a proven leader and efficient communicator, excelling in a dynamic training role at Ethiopian Airlines Aviation University. As a student trainee in cargo handling, I have mastered key aspects of cargo operations, including compliance with aviation regulations, Dangerous Goods Regulations, and aviation security. My ability to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve problems effectively, and adapt to various challenges has been instrumental in ensuring seamless operations.

In addition to my aviation training, I am a third-year Management student, which has further enhanced my leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities. My role as a class representative, known as "Governor," reflects my strong work ethic, efficient communication skills, and commitment to teamwork. Currently, as a student trainee at Ethiopian Airlines Aviation University, I have excelled in mastering cargo handling operations and aviation security while successfully balancing a rigorous schedule of 10-hour learning days. My coursework includes Dangerous Goods Regulations, Ramp Handling, and Customer Service, equipping me with technical expertise and practical knowledge.

Beyond my aviation training, I am a third-year Management student, where I have honed my leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. My role as a class representative, or "Governor," further demonstrates my ability to inspire and guide others while maintaining a productive and collaborative learning environment.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I previously transferred from Bahir Dar University to Unity University, adapting to new environments with resilience and determination due to challenges in peace and security. My strong communication skills and professionalism helped me excel in interviews, such as my successful selection for Ethiopian Airlines’ School of Marketing.
