The effective management of Digital Assistance Services (DAS) encompasses the systematic organization of operations, systems, and device setups, along with the delivery of pertinent training to stakeholders. we overseeing and guiding DAS team members in their daily tasks, appropriately delegating responsibilities and authorities. Essential functions involve conducting technical assessments in field locations, facilitating digital beneficiary registrations, and providing comprehensive training and support to field personnel. The comprehensive on-site assessment, redesign, and enhancement of IT and electrical infrastructure across 26 FDPs will be pivotal for improving operational efficiency. Traveling to each FDP, provide independent support to resolve IT infrastructure queries, ensuring accurate information is relayed to stakeholders. In addition, deliver technical training to end users and guide colleagues—alongside partners such as UNHCR and local NGOs—on innovative solutions and best practices. Effective support in implementing new Merak infrastructure services, coupled with the strategic allocation of tasks and coordination of network installations, will significantly elevate service quality. Furthermore, fostering continuous improvement of IT processes through close collaboration with the IT team will ensure that both individual and collective objectives are met, thereby bolstering the organization's emergency response capabilities.
