Summary

To highlight my educational & work experience, I have graduated BA from Gondar University with Bachelor of Social Anthropology and I have COC in community service or social work Level 5 Qualified from Bahirdar Poly Technique College. I do have more than 9 years working experiences in working and managing diversified projects in OSSHD- Organization for social services, Health and development, MSD-Mahibere Hiwot for Social Development, International Medical Corps-(IMC) and Save the children international-SCI.

I am applying with keen interest, since I have better Knowledge, skill and more than 9 years' progressive work experience on the area of GBV Prevention, Child protection and migration empowerment gender related programs& other development and Emergency program areas. I have excellent expertise in variety INGO ,Local NGO and Governmental Programs Community based Social support youth involvement, capacity building programs in relation to child protection, gender, women & youth empowerment and organizing them with SHG. Besides this, I have remarkable experiences on facilitating monitoring and evaluation, producing quality report, providing trainings & management, program integration, best practice capturing & dissemination, community mobilization, gender mainstreaming, economic strengthening, demand creation& resource mobilization, experience in the area of re-integration of migrants and victims of trafficking to address marginalized groups (FTR Services)so far.
